  • All in-stock items are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom-made or personalized orders may take 2–6 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and production schedule.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We work with trusted courier and logistics partners, including:

  • Domestic (India): Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, India Post, or equivalent.

  • International: FedEx, DHL, UPS, or other reliable carriers.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on order value, weight, and destination.

  • Free shipping may be offered on promotional events or minimum order value thresholds.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Delivery Time Estimates

  • Domestic Orders (India): 2–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International Orders: 5–15 business days after dispatch (varies by destination and customs clearance).

Note: These are estimated timelines. Delays caused by customs, courier issues, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor the delivery status in real time.


6. Risk & Insurance

  • All shipments are securely packaged to prevent damage.

  • For high-value items such as diamonds and fine jewelry, we offer shipping insurance to protect your purchase during transit.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the package is delivered to the provided address.


7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing the order.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
